An intensive in-house training program has been designed for HCM and Financial Applications that focuses on “Processes” rather than “Modules”. This helps TCI quickly build custom-solutions for clients using a process-based flow from “recruit to retire” in HCM and “procure to pay” in Finance.

Upgrade Methodology

TCI’s “Version Upgrade Methodology” (UMP2) is based on our extensive experience and supports the full spectrum of activities that constitute an upgrade project.

TCI combines implementation experience in IT (Information Technology) services and post-implementation experience in diverse industries including Information Technology (IT), insurance, consumer Packaged goods, transportation and home appliances.

Here’s a snapshot of TCI’s PeopleSoft expertise:

TCI has performed product implementation, enhancement and production support for existing PeopleSoft implementations at many customer sites, including one of the largest PeopleSoft implementations in Asia Pacific for a leading IT Services company. These implementations are in the areas of HCM and Finance.
TCI is responsible for multi-locational support and maintenance in HCM for a large U.S. based transportation enterprise. Technical support includes bug fixing, report modification, interface development and data uploading.
TCI is responsible for support and maintenance for a large U.S. based FMCG in the areas of HCM, US Payroll and Benefits. The technical support role includes developing new reports, customizations, production support, scheduled process monitoring and patch application.
TCI is mainly responsible for PeopleSoft Financials Implementation and Application Support for a large U.S. based insurance company. The role encompasses participation in the implementation initiatives by offering expertise involving high end skills, resolving issues in Production environment, carrying out customizations by code changes, developments of reports and workarounds, applying patches/bundles to the product, conducting regression and QA testing, fine-tuning system parameters, monitoring various interfaces and thus ensuring that multiple systems run smoothly in parallel.
TCI is responsible for support and maintenance at a large U.S.-based leading audio manufacturer in the areas of HCM, US Payroll and Benefits. The technical support role includes developing new SQR Reports, coding customizations, interface development and batch monitoring.
TCI has collaborated with PeopleSoft (India) in many pre-sales engagements. For example, a consultative systems requirement study of PeopleSoft 8.0 at a major Indian pharmaceutical company and at the Indian subsidiary of a major global Insurance company.
